Nitro Circus Live Opening Show {16 April 2010}
The Circus has begun, the Nitro Circus live tour opened to sell out crowds at the Brisbane Entertainment center over the weekend with our own X Games Gold medallist Blake 'Bilko" Williams performing alongside Travis Pastrana and his crazy crew of insane athletes.
Bilko, and all the performers spent the past week rehearsing the show before the curtain dropped on Friday for the ever Nitro Circus live tour.
For the first time since winning the Silver medal at the X-Games Bilko performed his medal winning trick the Flying Dutchman
“Rehearsals days were long and tiring, we actually lost two performers even before opening night but it was all worth when Friday nights show was finished, the crowd was insane," Bilko explained
"Friday nights opening show will no doubt be the highlight of the tour with all of us. It was exciting and we were all just so pumped for each other. In between our acts we would watch the back stage TV’s getting psyched on everyone landing and attempting there crazy stunts, it made the show that much more amazing for the crowd.
“It was an amazing first stop in Brisbane and I cant wait to bring it all and more to Sydney next week” Bilko added.
